How to place an order

Step 1: Contact Us

Visit MOLAYES JEWELRY and click on the “Contact Us” button in the Contact Us section to send an inquiry.

Step 2: Enter Information

Enter your basic information, please leave your phone number, email, WhatsApp information, we will have a professional staff to guide you to buy at wholesale price.

Step 3: Select Your Jewelry

Browse the MOLAYES JEWELRY collection to find the jewelry you like. You can use the search function or click on “Contact Us” for assistance.

Step 4: Add to cart

Once you have found the jewelry you wish to purchase, select the size and color and click “Add to Cart”.

Step 5: Confirm Address

Review the order summary in your shopping cart. Confirm the billing address and shipping address to ensure accuracy.

Step 6: Select Delivery Method

Choose your preferred delivery method from options such as EMS, TNT, DHL, UPS or FedEx. Our team can help you choose the best delivery method for your event date.

Step 7: Payment

Start your payment. We accept wire transfers, PayPal, Western Union or escrow payments.

Step 8: View Order Confirmation

After placing your order, please check your registered email for an “Order Confirmation” within 24 hours. If you do not receive it, please contact us immediately.

Step 9: Shipment

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days after we confirm all details. We will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor the shipment. Once shipped, your order status will be updated to “Shipped”.
